Job Description:

We are a busy company that hires unusual tableware to prestigious events. You would be joining an existing team of full and part time people and be given training on our stock and systems.
You should have good IT skills because you will be using email and online booking tools to check stock and prepare customers quotations. You must be able to cut and paste….

Responsibilities Include: 

Assist with fielding online enquiries and phone calls.
Managing a variety of tasks relating to the process of incoming and outgoing rental orders.
Prepare client proposals and event orders.
Maintain current client relationships.

About You: 

Professional attitude and a strong understanding of customer service and the event industry.
Strong understanding of meticulous presentation standards for high-end product.
Extreme attention to detail and desire to be a part of a fast pace team.
Excellent written, verbal communication and numerals skills.

Your hours and days are flexible but you must be able to work 18 hours per week as a minimum. We are open 8am – 17.30pm Monday to Friday and close on Bank holidays and over Christmas and the New Year. You receive paid holidays and pension contributions.
