Job Description:

This is a part time role: flexible 18.5 hours per week, £24k pro-rata. Based at Head Office in Kingston. Working for a Health and Social Care Provider.

Main purpose

To process, track, analyse, report on, monitor and co-ordinate internal and external compliance and traffic light data in relation to external Regulatory Inspection Reports, Local Authority reports, internal Quality and Health and Safety Audits and all associated operational actions. To supply and analyse data relating to the Compliance and risk management activity of the organisation’s operational units against Key Performance Indicators and to present reports as required by the Head of Social Care Governance.

Scope of the job

To process all external regulatory, local authority and HSE inspections and reports. Monitor all internal and external compliance action plans and present data reports on a scheduled basis to the Head of Social Care Governance using information generated on the Enable Compliance Reporting systems. To report on and analyse themes and trends across all areas of governance reporting including Audit traffic lights, open and overdue compliance actions, Accidents and Incidents, Safeguarding incidents, complaints and compliments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To support the Head of Social Care Governance in co-ordinating the total quality management and governance infrastructure to support the organisation’s internal and external requirements in relation to statutory, regulatory and internal compliance.
  • Establish and work with reporting systems to allow the organisation to monitor and measure its compliance with external standards including Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registration, CSSIW Registration and organisation risk management standards.
  • Provide data reports to all services in measuring and demonstrating compliance with CQC, CSSIW and internal risk management standards.
  • Manage the administration, processing, recording, dissemination and monitoring of all external Regulatory, Local Authority and HSE reports received by the Company.
