Job Description: 

Entrepreneur and founder of several businesses requires a bright business minded EA to support him in his business and personal life. You will be working on multiple and varied projects and tasks that will require focus and considerable initiative.   • Super organised – able to plan and manage multiple projects, organise and prioritise multiple tasks, manage and organise large amounts of varied information
  • Great researcher – quickly find all the key info to answer a given question/topic, compile and analyse the information and draw accurate conclusions, then present a summary and findings in a clear and concise way
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Have worked in a similar Business/Private PA role previously

 

Responsibilities:

Assist with a variety of business and personal activities and projects, including the following:

  • Online research into a wide range of areas, and writing concise reports on the findings
  • Diary management and organising meeting, phonecalls, etc.
  • Join various phonecalls to take notes and arrange agreed actions
  • Planning and making travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Sourcing and recruitment help –  finding candidates or freelancers for particular roles or projects, including creating and placing adverts/job specs, searching for candidates/resources, filtering candidates, assessing their suitability
  • Find experts in their fields about specific subjects, and arrange phonecalls/meetings with them
  • Purchasing – finding the best item/service for a particular need, and the best supplier. Compare options and provide summary of key features/strengths/weaknesses of options
  • Dealing with any issues with suppliers e.g. substandard goods or service
  • Coordinating and managing various projects e.g. a major purchase, or a new website, or exhibiting at an event
  • Manage and liaise with suppliers, third parties and  freelancers that are helping with projects
  • Creating and updating excellent “How To” documents on each repeated task, including checklists
  • Anything and everything else that can help free up and optimise his time usage
