Job Description: 

Kingston Lettings are looking to hire a Assistant Lettings Management Agent in their office in central Kingston. The role will be working closely with the managing director managing a portfolio of properties within a one mile radius of Central Kingston upon Thames.

This role would suite an individual with some property experience, who enjoys working independently managing their own time, controlling processes and taking responsibility for the tasks in hand .

The ideal candidate will be a good listener, have a mature attitude to work, self-motivated, good negotiation skills, common sense, computer literate, a eye for detail, flexible attitude.

It is important that the successful candidate has a full and clean driving licence.
